Before you report an issue
To help us diagnose quickly, include:
- The region endpoint you called (e.g.
https://nyc.0block.io). - The JSON-RPC error code and message you received (see Send Transaction → Error codes).
- The transaction signature (if 0block returned one) or the
idyou sent. - Whether you were authenticating with an API key and, if so, its
0b_prefix — never share the full key.
Never share your full API key, private keys, or signed transaction bytes in a support channel.
0block staff will only ever need a key's 0b_ + 8-character prefix.
Account & keys
Manage your account and API keys self-serve from the Dashboard. You can create and revoke keys, and review per-transaction telemetry, without contacting support.
